Our Story
Tiny Adventures was founded by two lifelong friends, Monika Pollard and Sophie Peach, who share a passion for providing exceptional childcare in a nurturing, home-from-home environment.
As parents themselves, they understand how vital it is for children to feel safe, secure, and loved. They believe that children thrive and learn best when their fundamental needs are met within a warm, engaging, and supportive setting.
Monika brings extensive experience in childcare and education, while Sophie contributes a strong background in finance and project management. Together, they combine their expertise to create a well-rounded and thoughtfully managed organisation.
In 2007, they acquired their first setting, Learning Zone, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in running a successful childcare provision. Building on this success, they expanded in 2016 with the purchase of their second site at Lyme Green.
Today, each setting is led by a dedicated manager, ensuring high standards of care and education across the board. Monika oversees operations and the educational direction of the settings, while Sophie manages the financial and strategic aspects of the business, ensuring its continued growth and sustainability.
